Fit Out of 11,000 Square Feet in Hammersmith

Imperial Brands wanted to create a new London hub for teams and executives coming into the UK from across the globe where they could work, collaborate and connect in a top quality, high performing environment.

Fit Out Expert were engaged to manage the fit out process, from the development of a design brief incorporating the Client requirements and cultural references, to delivery of a complex and high end environment.

The fit out was successfully managed through challenging deadlines, product delays and labour shortages, and the completed project was nominated for a design award.

This project was managed by Lara Conaway with Jenny Lancaster in a technical role. Lara also provided full environmental and wellbeing accreditations in line with Imperial Brand ESG, achieving SKA Gold and Fitwel 1 Star.
